• All balances, coins, tokens, and trade outcomes within 43™ are entirely virtual and have no real cash or property value.
• No real money can be won, lost, deposited, or withdrawn from the platform.
• Past performance or results in the simulation game do not guarantee future success in real financial markets.
• None of the game content constitutes financial, investment, legal, or trading advice.

3. User Accounts & Code of Conduct

When using 43™, you agree to:

• Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• Not use offensive, abusive, or infringing display names.
• Not exploit bugs, use automated bots, or manipulate matchmaking and leaderboards.
• Not harass or engage in toxic conduct toward other players.

4. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time via the in-app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in disruptive behavior.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that gameplay will be uninterrupted or bug-free. In no event shall 43™ or its creators be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising out of your use of the application.
